STUCRED × BLEND · CITY PLAYBOOKS · AUG 2026 – APR 2027

Four cities. One campaign. Each city has its own playbook.

The same strategy — enter as education, earn trust, convert later — plays out differently in each market. Here is how we run it city by city.

4 cities Aug 15, 2026 – Apr 2027 Blend Campus Crew in every market Prepared by Blend · itsblend.studio
Bengaluru
Flagship market · South India
From Sep 2026
Deepest Blend Campus Crew presence. Fastest permissions. This is where we prove the format before scaling anywhere else.

Target campuses & areas

  • Central: Christ University, Jain University, MS Ramaiah, BMS College
  • Tech clusters: RV College, PES University, RVCE, NMIMS Bengaluru
  • PG clusters: Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bellandur — dense hostel and PG population

How we activate

  • Literacy workshops first — placement cells here respond well to the credit score framing
  • Blend Campus Crew leads open their own college doors directly
  • Student content series launches from Bengaluru and distributes nationally
  • Ambassador network strongest here — deepest bench of trained campus reps

Permission environment

  • Moderate-to-open for education-led formats
  • Private colleges (Christ, Jain, NMIMS) respond faster than autonomous institutions
  • Tech campuses open to fintech literacy sessions — CIBIL and credit framing lands well
  • Our existing college relationships cut the outreach timeline by half

Mumbai
Pilot market · West India
From Oct 2026
Dense college clusters, a strong hostel and PG student base, and a fest culture that makes January activations natural. We start with two to three campuses and build from there.

Target campuses & areas

  • North Mumbai: NMIMS, Mithibai, Jai Hind College — dense student pockets
  • Central: HR College, KC College, Wilson College, Elphinstone
  • South: SIES, SP Jain Institute
  • PG clusters: Vile Parle, Andheri East, Santacruz — highest hostel density

How we activate

  • Pilot two to three campuses in October to build proof and vendor relationships
  • Lead with workshops — Mumbai placement cells favour structured programmes
  • Off-campus adjacency in Vile Parle and Andheri PG clusters runs in parallel
  • Fest sponsorships booked in November for the January–February college calendar

Permission environment

  • Mixed — autonomous colleges move slower; private universities more open
  • NMIMS and SP Jain are receptive to fintech education partnerships
  • DU-affiliated colleges here have stricter vendor protocols — workshop framing bypasses this
  • Off-campus adjacency near PG clusters needs no permissions
Sep 2026

First two to three campuses go live. Workshops and off-campus adjacency run concurrently.

Pune
Pilot market · West India
From Oct 2026
Strong fest culture and a receptive college administration environment make Pune one of the easier cities to enter. We run Mumbai and Pune as a paired pilot.

Target campuses & areas

  • Premium: Symbiosis (SIU, SIBM, SCIT), FLAME University
  • Engineering: COEP, MIT-WPU, Cummins College
  • Traditional: Fergusson College, Deccan College, Wadia
  • PG clusters: Kothrud, Shivajinagar, Viman Nagar, Baner

How we activate

  • Symbiosis and FLAME are ideal first partners — strong placement cells, open to ed-partnerships
  • Pune has one of India's strongest college fest calendars — Symbiosis Fest, Confluencia, and others run January to March
  • Workshop format lands especially well at engineering campuses where students are financially aware
  • Ambassador network builds quickly — Pune student community is tightly networked

Permission environment

  • Open — Pune is among the most receptive cities for campus partnerships
  • Private universities (Symbiosis, FLAME, MIT-WPU) have clear external partnership processes
  • Traditional colleges (Fergusson) require more lead time but are accessible via fintech literacy framing
  • Fest permissions are easier here than in any other target city
Sep 2026

Delhi NCR
Scale market · North India
From Jan 2027
Largest student volume of the four cities. Most permission-resistant. We enter Delhi with proven formats and case studies from the South and West — not with a cold pitch.

Target campuses & areas

  • DU North Campus: Hindu, Ramjas, Khalsa, Hans Raj — highest volume
  • DU South Campus: LSR, Miranda, SRCC, Gargi — strong hostel base
  • Private: Amity, IP University, Shiv Nadar, Ashoka University
  • NCR: Noida extension, Dwarka, Gurugram campuses

How we activate

  • Enter private universities first (Amity, Shiv Nadar, Ashoka) — cleaner permission processes than DU
  • DU colleges approached via the North and South Campus student union channels, not administration directly
  • Ambassador network is the core engine here — Delhi student community is extremely socially networked
  • Fest season (Jan–Mar) is the main activation window — Delhi has some of India's largest college fests
  • Off-campus adjacency near North Campus and Mukherjee Nagar fills gaps

Permission environment

  • Most resistant of the four cities — DU colleges have strict external vendor rules
  • Private universities (Amity, IP) are open to structured ed-partnerships
  • Entering with Bengaluru and Mumbai case studies changes the conversation significantly
  • Workshop framing remains the permission key — DU administration responds to financial literacy
  • Student union relationships, not administration, are the faster route at DU
Nov–Dec 2026
Outreach begins. Private university partnerships confirmed. Fest bookings opened.
